WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED

We want you — and your pet — to be genuinely happy with what arrives at your door.

Not the right fit? You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Email contact@calmlypet.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll walk you through the next steps from there.

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If something arrives damaged or wrong, reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a refund — no extra cost to you.

For hygiene reasons, some items — like grooming tools that have already been used — aren’t eligible for return.
